Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, or air/ground transportation strikes or delays.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
